Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders received placed before 11:00 a.m. for products that are in-stock, are normally shipped the same working day. We use mainly PostNord, DB Schenker, UPS economy or Fedex economy.

2. Standard Delivery Costs and Lead-Times

   We offer free of charge standard delivery on all orders of 400 € or more excl. VAT.

   Note: Does not apply to resellers with other discount agreements.

   Standard delivery: 2-4 working days within the EU.

3. Deliveries Outside the EU

   Orders are shipped with DAP Incoterms, the buyer is responsible for paying the receiving country's customs charges and VAT.
