Terms of delivery

Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT

Credit
Approved companies will be invoiced with a 30 day credit.

Late payment is debited with 18%.

Private customers are debited with a late payment fee. The applicable fee is 50 SEK per order.

Freight
Freight is debited as a factual cost according to Maxigrip ABs freight agreement. Our distributor is Posten i Sverige AB.
Domestic delivery to companies through Företagspaket 16.00 or pallet.
DPD Business Parcel or pallet to companies outside of Sweden.

The company uses Parcel Post when delivering to private customers, (to be picked up by the customer at the receiver's point of service or delivery to remote destinations).

The company also delivers with other forwarding agents according to our customers wishes if the customer number and the name of the forwarding agent are specified at time of order,

Packaging
There is no fee for packaging.
EUR pallet and collar is debited according to the actual price.

Warranty
The Seller warrants that the product is not defective due to faulty design, materials or workmanship. The liability does not cover defects due to incorrect installation or normal wear and tear or deterioration. Notice of defects shall be made in writing and transmitted to Maxigrip AB without undue delay after the defect has been detected and shall contain a description of how the defect manifests itself. If the buyer fails to provide notice in the manner and within the time stated above, the buyer shall lose his right to invoke any claim based on the defect.
Defective products shall be returned to Maxigrip AB. After determination of defection,
the product will be replaced by Maxigrip AB. Transports in connection with replacement shall be
at Maxigrip AB's expense.

On return
Returned goods will be approved within 10 days.
The product should be unused and in the original packaging.
The freight costs are to be paid by the customer.
